Terms & Conditions

Effective July 27, 2026

Draft — pending legal review

This document has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and the highlighted passages are blanks the business still needs to fill in. Do not rely on it as a binding agreement until both are done.

These terms set out the agreement between you and Voyanne when you request or book travel through this website. Please read them alongside the fine print published on the package you are booking.

01Who we are

Voyanne (“we”, “us”) is a travel agency operated by [legal entity name], registered at [registered address] under [registration / travel seller licence number, if applicable].

These terms apply to every booking request submitted through this website and to every travel package we arrange for you. By submitting a booking request you confirm that you have read and accepted them, and that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract on behalf of everyone named in your request.

02A booking request is not a confirmed booking

When you submit the booking form you are making a request. It is not confirmed, and no contract exists between us, until we send you a written confirmation and the first payment has been received. Availability shown on the site is indicative and can change while your request is being processed.

If we cannot fulfil a request — for example the package sells out, or the airline or hotel withdraws the rate — we will tell you and refund anything you have paid for that request in full.

03Prices and what they include

Prices are shown per person in [currency — USD?] and are based on the occupancy stated on the package page. Rooms booked as single occupancy may carry a supplement.

Each package page lists what is included and what is not. Anything not listed as included is not included — this typically covers travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, meals not specified, optional excursions, and personal expenses.

We may correct obvious pricing errors even after a request has been submitted. If a correction affects your price we will tell you before confirming, and you may withdraw the request at no cost.

04Payment schedule

Where a package publishes a payment schedule, that schedule forms part of your contract. It sets out the deposit, any intermediate instalments, and when the remaining balance is due.

Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise on the package page. If a payment is not received by its due date we may treat the booking as cancelled by you and apply the cancellation charges below.

05Package fine print takes precedence

Individual packages publish their own fine print — important notes, entry requirements and a cancellation policy specific to that trip. Where a package’s fine print differs from this page, the package’s fine print applies, because it reflects the terms of the airlines, hotels and operators involved in that particular trip.

You will be asked to confirm you have read it before your booking request can be submitted.

06Changes and cancellations by you

Tell us as early as you can — put it in writing to [bookings email address]. Cancellation charges are calculated from the date we receive your written notice, and follow the cancellation policy published in the fine print of your package.

Where a package does not publish its own policy, the following applies: [default cancellation scale — e.g. 60+ days: deposit only; 59–30 days: 50%; under 30 days: 100%].

Name changes, date changes and other amendments are subject to the rules of the airline and suppliers involved, plus an administration fee of [amendment fee]. Some tickets and rates cannot be changed at all.

07Changes and cancellations by us

Occasionally we need to change a confirmed booking. Most changes are minor — a different hotel of the same standard, or a reordered itinerary. Where a change is significant, such as a change of departure date or destination, you may accept it, take an alternative package, or cancel for a full refund.

Some packages require a minimum number of travellers to operate. If that minimum is not reached we may cancel and will tell you no later than [notice period — e.g. 30 days] before departure, offering an alternative or a full refund.

We are not liable for changes or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, epidemics, and government or airline decisions.

08Your responsibilities

You are responsible for travelling with correct and valid documents. This normally means a passport valid for at least six months beyond your return date, plus any visas, transit permits and health certificates required by the countries on your itinerary.

Entry requirements depend on your nationality and can change at short notice. Any guidance we give is offered in good faith — please confirm it with the relevant embassy or consulate. We cannot refund a trip you are unable to take because your documents were not in order.

Please also make sure the names on your booking match your passport exactly, and tell us promptly about any medical condition, reduced mobility or dietary requirement that may affect your trip.

09Travel insurance

Travel insurance is not included in our prices unless a package explicitly says so. We strongly recommend arranging comprehensive cover — including medical expenses, repatriation and cancellation — as soon as your booking is confirmed, since cancellation cover generally only protects you from the date the policy is purchased.

10Suppliers and liability

We arrange travel services provided by third parties — airlines, hotels, ground operators and guides. Those services are delivered subject to the supplier’s own terms and conditions, which may limit their liability to you.

We accept responsibility for arranging your booking with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for loss, injury or expense arising from the acts or omissions of a supplier, from your own actions, or from events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11Website content and photography

We work to keep package descriptions, itineraries and prices accurate, but details can change between publication and departure. Photographs are indicative of the destination and experience rather than a guarantee of a specific room, view, aircraft or vehicle.

12If something goes wrong

Please tell your guide or local supplier while you are travelling — most problems can be resolved on the spot. If it cannot be resolved, write to us at [complaints email] within [time limit — e.g. 28 days] of returning, quoting your booking reference, and we will respond within [response time].

13Your personal data

We collect the details you give us on the booking and contact forms in order to arrange your travel, and we share them with the suppliers involved in your trip. We do not sell your data. Full details are in our [privacy policy — page still to be written].

14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
